Mr. William Amon Neequaye
Head, Commercial Banking
Mr. William Amon Neequaye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management / Psychology from the University of Ghana and is an intermediate certificate holder with the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
He joined the erstwhile International Commercial Bank in 1998, which was acquired by FirstBank and rebranded as FBNBank Ghana.
He rose through the ranks and held the title of branch manager at three of the bank’s branches – Kasoa, Tema and Ring Road Central. He has gained enormous experience over the years in branch management and business development.
William was part of the team that streamlined the bank’s Specialized Business Unit into Corporate and Retail Units during the integration process. He played a key role in the restructuring of the bank’s Retail Unit into three Business Development Offices (BDOs). He also supervised a minimum of seven branches.
William is joyously married with three children.
He currently serves as a Lay Minister of the Gospel and is a District Overseer of twelve community churches of Victory Bible Church International, a thriving charismatic church in Ghana.
