Titilayo is a seasoned finance executive whose expertise spans over 25 years, and her professional experience encompasses financial and regulatory reporting, credit risk management, effectiveness of internal controls, sourcing and procurement, banking operations, and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels.
She has a proven track record of aligning financial management and procurement strategies with corporate objectives, delivering robust governance, transparency, accountability, and building high-performing & diverse teams. She is recognized for delivering significant cost optimization and value generation initiatives while driving effective risk management and digital transformation.
Mrs. Balogun is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, United Kingdom. She has also completed executive programs, including the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Lagos Business School, Nigeria, and the Senior Management Development Program (SMDP) at FirstBank.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Titilayo is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders and actively contributes to developing programs that cultivate talent and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is married with three children.
