Requirement
- The customer needs to fill a cash pick up agreement form
- The relationship manager will need to inspect/visit the customer’s premises to determine that the customer’s premises is secure for the cash pick up service
- The minimum amount of cash liable for the cash pick up service should be GH¢15,000 and above
